Do you feel like conversations with your child or teen end in frustration? Are they struggling with emotional outbursts, anxiety, or self-doubt? Parenting through these challenges can be difficult, and it’s easy to feel disconnected.
I specialize in helping children, teens, and families navigate emotional regulation, behavior challenges, and communication struggles. Whether your child is dealing with big emotions, your teen is facing anxiety or self-esteem issues, or your family is feeling the weight of a major life transition, I provide a supportive space where you can rebuild trust, improve coping skills, and strengthen relationships.
With a background in school counseling and years of experience working with youth and families, I use Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to empower children, teens, and parents. Together, we’ll work toward healthier communication, stronger emotional regulation, and a path forward that feels right for your family.
If you’re ready to bridge the gap and bring more peace into your home, let’s connect.
